In 2015 we received an achievement that we are very proud of: The nationwide website www.threebestrated.com selected our company as one of the "Top 3 Roofing Contractors" in Louisville KY. Of course, we are a smaller company than the other two, but it didn't happen by accident. It was our goal to work on customer service and customer satisfaction and we earned it. There are a lot of good professional roofers operating as one-man businesses but it is very hard to reach them to schedule an appointment or even receive a timely response. We are utilize the latest technology in organizing and providing immediate response and service. We gathered a group of customer conscience professionals and organized their work. We have a long list of individuals that are willing to join our team. We chose the best ones for their moral disposition, professional skills and years of experience in roofing and other trades. To continue improving, we have hired a third party survey service to assist in keeping an eye on our customer satisfaction. Although organizational mistakes can happen they are very rare and we immediately work very hard to eliminate the problem to the customers satisfaction.
